What does 'Free Range' actually mean for your products?
Our animals are raised outdoors with constant access to open pastures, natural forage, and fresh air. We never use feedlots, growth hormones, or unnecessary antibiotics.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays, and most customers receive their meat within 24-48 hours of dispatch.
Can I freeze the meat upon arrival?
Yes. Our products are shipped fresh or flash-frozen at peak quality. You can place them directly in your freezer for up to 6-12 months, or in the refrigerator if you plan to consume them within 3-5 days.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
